Hay lugares donde no quieres volver nunca mas por lo desagradable que se pueden convertir . Aqui yo vivi una experiencia bien mala. Al llegar el dia de mi cita al frontdesk me encuentro una asistente con mala cara levantando el dedo y diciendo que me habia llamado "varias" veces para confirmar mi cita lo cual rectifique por mi telefono y solo habia recibido dos llamadas con 12 minutos de diferencia a una hora que me es imposible contestar y me llamaron con un numero sin identificador le aclare "no fueron varias veces fueron dos llamadas hace tres dias a la misma hora y numero desconocido" espere unos minutos y resulta ser que sin haber insistido en obtener una respuesta mia el Doctor ocupo el horario de mi cita con una cirugia y no podia atenderme . Yo perdi un dia de trabajo para ir a esa cita lo cual reclame pero la señora rubia del frontdesk intervino en el reclamo de forma grosera y desagradable diciendo que yo era la que tenia que llamar a confirmar eso en mi paso por aquel lugar nunca me dijeron que lo tenia que hacer y en America nadie devuelve llamadas de numeros desconocidos y yo entiendo que no conteste el telefono pero tampoco pudo enviar un mensaje de texto para identificarse y pedirme que confirmara mi cita cosa que la señora rubia no quizo entender y comenzo a tratarme con prepotencia. Mire yo ahi no iba de gratis , ustedes le cobran a mi seguro los procedimientos ,antes de tratarme con prepotencia debio de sentirse agradecido que yo decidi hacerme mis procedimientos ahi , yo no soy la que debe poner el interes en confirmar son ustedes que no pusieron el interes de respetar mi cita . Por supuesto me busque otra clinica para hacerme los procedimientos que necesito y esta clinica perdio de ganar y perdio mi recomendacion.Load more
